INVESTMENT IN CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
Sustainable Investment – Risk Sharing – Long-Term Efficiency
In the context of increasing demand for environmental infrastructure investment, the BT (Build-Transfer) and BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) models are becoming effective solutions for urban wastewater treatment projects, industrial zones, and environmental infrastructure.
We are an investment, design, construction, and operation unit for wastewater treatment projects under the BT/BOT model, providing a comprehensive, sustainable solution and optimizing financial resources for the State and investors.
💧 WHAT IS THE BT-BOT MODEL?
BT (Build-Transfer):
The investor builds the wastewater treatment facility and, upon completion, transfers it to the State in exchange for agreed-upon rights.
BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer):
The investor builds, operates, and manages the project for a specified period, then transfers it to the State.
Both models help reduce budget pressure and accelerate investment in environmental infrastructure.
